Over the past couple years, I have come to appreciate the blessings I have, as many people fighting this disease do not have and cannot afford the proper medicine and tools to manage their blood sugars and this disease. I realize just how lucky I am to have parents who can afford healthcare and tools to help me manage my disease.  Many people fighting this disease do not have and cannot afford the proper tools and medicine to manage their blood sugars. My goal with this service outreach project is to help those people who are not as fortunate as I am, and I believe we can do just that, together.
